The role will be performed exclusively for FCAB and integrated into the People and Organization Management team. **Job Objective:** To comprehensively lead recruitment and selection processes—from job profile definition through to candidate onboarding—ensuring agile processes, an excellent candidate experience, and consultative support to all company departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes. * Advise internal clients on defining job profiles and sourcing strategies. * Execute candidate search using various attraction channels. * Conduct telephone screenings, competency-based interviews, and coordinate assessments. * Administer internal mobility processes and internal competitions. * Coordinate psychotechnical evaluations, employment references, occupational health examinations, and internal validations. * Manage offer letters, hiring documentation, and onboarding procedures. * Ensure compliance with performance metrics, time-to-fill targets, and process quality standards. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **Education** * Psychology, Business Engineering, Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration with HR specialization, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum of **3 years** leading full-cycle recruitment and selection processes. * Experience conducting competency-based interviews. * Experience advising internal clients. * Preferred experience in mining, transportation, logistics, or industrial companies. **Knowledge** * Competency-based recruitment and selection. * Candidate sourcing and search techniques. * Basic labor legislation. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (mandatory) Inclusive Employment * Minimum 3 years of experience * Minimum education level: University degree * Graduate * Services Administration * Business Engineering * Psychology * Industrial Psychology * Business Administration Engineering * Personnel Selection * Recruitment * Planning capability * Organization and planning (intermediate level) * High capacity to work under pressure * Strong communication skills * Good interpersonal relationship management * Customer orientation * Goal-oriented mindset
