R\&Q Ingeniería, an Engineering and Projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Contract Administrator** to join an important bidding process in the Mining area in the II Region Antofagasta. **Estimated duration of the contract to be bid: 12 months** **For this position, the following is required:** University graduate professional in civil engineering or related disciplines (Metallurgy, Mining, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Civil or similar). The candidate must have at least 20 years of experience, of which at least 15 years must be in engineering services management. Postgraduate degrees in project management or MBA will be considered desirable. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** Lead and control planning, coordination, and service execution activities, promoting commitment in relationships with involved parties towards value creation, collaborative management, and continuous improvement practices. Essential functions include fulfilling and ensuring compliance with contracted service commitments before CODELCO, as well as achieving established performance targets.
