FOOD SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Newrest Chile, a company specializing in **Catering Services**, **Facility Management**, and **General Services Management** for various sectors including Mining, Aviation, Education, and Industry, is seeking talents to join the **Newrest Group**, a French multinational present in over 50 countries.
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the services delivered by the company during their assigned shift, ensuring that the cafeteria's operational conditions, our food products, and the quality of guest service are maintained at optimal levels.
**RESPONSIBILITIES** (Routine and occasional tasks)
* Supervise setup procedures and operational preparations for each service (table cleaning, juice preparation, restocking sugar bowls, salt shakers, napkin holders, pitchers, cutlery, boiled water, etc.)
* Supervise all areas providing direct public service during each meal service (dining hall, self-service line, salad bar, soups, desserts, etc.) to ensure they are fully equipped for service.
* Request replenishment of lunch boxes, salads, desserts, and general supplies as needed.
* Assign cleaning tasks to subordinates: general cleaning of dining areas, equipment, tables, chairs, walls, etc.
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION**
* Formal education or competency-based training acquired through experience.
* Minimum two years of experience in similar positions; four years if no formal professional training is held.
* Health compatible with working at high geographical altitude.
Urgent hiring for operations located in Antofagasta city, with 10x10 shifts. Candidates residing in the Second (2\) Region, Third (3\) Region, and Fourth (4\) Region are preferred.
