Job Description We are seeking a **Senior Mining Training and Certification Coordinator** to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of training and certification programs for mine site workers, ensuring compliance with internal standards and current regulations. Key Responsibilities * Plan and coordinate the **annual training and certification plan**. * Manage technical courses, inductions, trainings, and competency assessments. * Coordinate trainers, training organizations, suppliers, and assessors. * Administer processes for **certification, accreditation, and renewal of competencies**. * Maintain training records, expiration dates, licenses, and staff certifications. * Monitor attendance, assessments, compliance, and program effectiveness. * Develop management indicators and reports for HR and management. * Coordinate mandatory trainings on **safety, equipment operation, and critical procedures**. * Manage documentation and supporting evidence for internal and external audits. * Coordinate with Operations, Risk Prevention, HR, and contractor companies. * Support the management of the **SENCE tax credit scheme**, as applicable. Requirements * Professional or technical degree in **Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Mining, Occupational Risk Prevention**, or a related field. * Experience coordinating training programs for **mine site personnel and contractors**. * Knowledge of **SENCE, OTEC, OTIC, and labor competency certification processes**. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**; Power BI and LMS platforms are desirable. * Familiarity with **ChileValora and labor competency profiles** is desirable. * Knowledge of **mining safety standards and applicable regulations in Chile**. * Availability to work on **mine sites and rotating shifts**, as required. * Leadership, organizational skills, coordination ability, and results orientation. Salary: $2\.750\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
