Act as the liaison between the client and the company, coordinating requirements. ### **JOB OPPORTUNITY** **HOTEL RECEPTION MANAGER** ------------------------------ Mining site – Shift system / High altitude **Newrest Chile** is seeking a **Hotel Reception Manager**, responsible for organizing, controlling, and ensuring the delivery of efficient hotel services while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and internal and external customer service at facilities located at a mining site. ### **Job Objective** Lead and supervise hotel reception and associated services operations, ensuring operational excellence through appropriate planning, process control, and a service experience aligned with client and company standards. ### **️ Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and lead hotel reception and associated services staff, ensuring compliance with quality, service, and safety standards. * Organize and control daily reception, occupancy, and laundry operations, guaranteeing continuity and operational excellence. * Analyze and report key occupancy and service metrics to support operational and planning decision-making. * Ensure proper use, handling, and confidentiality of sensitive client and operational information. * Act as the liaison between the client and the company, coordinating requirements, special events, and related protocols. ### **Job Requirements** * Professional degree in Hospitality, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent verifiable experience. * Minimum of **3 years of experience in similar roles** (4 years if no professional degree). * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel. * In-depth knowledge of hotel protocols and event management. * **Advanced English proficiency** (mandatory); a third language is desirable. * Availability to work at **high altitude** and under a shift system. * **Key Competencies** * Leadership and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and tolerate frustration. * Effective communication across all organizational levels. ### **Job Conditions** * Work location: hotel facilities at a **mining site**. * Working hours: shift system. * High-operational-demand environment focused on service standards. **At Newrest Chile, we value diversity and equal opportunity.** All applications will be considered without distinction based on gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or ethnic origin.
