Job Summary: We are seeking a Contract Administrator to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of medium- and low-voltage electrical maintenance services, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Promote continuous improvement and collaborative work We seek a Contract Administrator to join a major medium- and low-voltage electrical maintenance service, responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of the contract—ensuring fulfillment of commitments made to the client, promoting collaborative management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. ### **About the Challenge** * Lead and monitor the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical maintenance services. * Fulfill and enforce contractual commitments, ensuring achievement of established targets. * Measure, analyze, and monitor service KPIs and standards, safeguarding customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives. * Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines on safety, occupational health, environment, and communities. * Supervise proper scheduling, execution, and timely delivery of work. * Mandatory participation in cross-inspections and meetings with the Mine Maintenance Superintendence, Contract Administrators, and the Contract Management Control Directorate. * Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports on activities carried out during service execution. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and collaborative work. ### **What We Would Love to See in You** * Professional degree as a Civil Electrical Engineer. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in mining operations. * Experience managing electrical maintenance contracts in the mining industry. * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention Course. * Defensive Driving Course. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships. ### **We Are Looking For** Professionals with leadership skills, results orientation, and excellent planning abilities—capable of coordinating work teams while promoting safety, operational excellence, and contract objective attainment. ### **What We Offer** * Confidential selection process. * 4x3 work schedule. * Professional development opportunities. * Offer under Law No. 21.015 on Labor Inclusion. * **Are You Interested in This Challenge?** **We Invite You to Apply and Join This Team!**
