You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily cleaning and hospitality service operations in assigned areas, constantly implementing improvements in the management areas under your responsibility, emphasizing continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, while consistently coordinating and interacting with responsible parties from other complementary areas to meet company standards and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities * Organize and supervise the cleaning process in assigned areas, providing service according to the concession contract. * Develop corrective action plans. * Verify the operation and maintenance of equipment and tools used in the services under your responsibility, immediately reporting any malfunctions to your supervisor to help ensure service continuity. * Conduct training for personnel under your supervision regarding cleaning service operations and risk prevention. * Generate material purchase requests to ensure necessary supplies are available for service delivery. * Manage and control the budget assigned to your cost center (CECO) to optimize resource usage and meet established performance indicators. * Perform administrative tasks related to human resources management, budgeting, and contractual performance indicators to ensure compliance with organizational policies. * Distribute PPE (personal protective equipment) and supervise compliance with risk prevention regulations to support achieving prevention targets and fostering a self-care culture. Requirements: * Residence between Arica and Coquimbo due to geographical proximity to the site. * Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning and/or hospitality services. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Experience in mining operations. * Availability to work in shifts. * Health compatible with the position.
