We are looking for a **Field Technical Supervisor** to join a soil diagnosis and decontamination project in Antofagasta, with an approximate duration of **6 months**. ### **Job Objective** The selected candidate will be responsible for **representing management in the field**, ensuring that the sampling plan is executed correctly and within defined timelines and scope. Their role will be key in **supervision, control, and daily reporting**, raising early alerts for any deviations from the plan. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the daily execution of the field sampling and diagnostic plan. * Ensure compliance with deadlines, scope, and quality standards defined in the contract. * Maintain records and daily logs of activities, ensuring full process traceability. * Prepare periodic reports for management and raise early warnings (red/yellow flags). * Coordinate with external teams and ensure fulfillment of roles and responsibilities in the field. * Identify potential deviations and propose corrective actions to keep the project on track. ### **✅ Requirements (mandatory)** * Availability to work on a **6-month project**. * Residence in **Antofagasta**. * Technician or professional degree in Environmental Sciences, Civil Works, Geology, Engineering, or related fields. * At least 2 years of experience in fieldwork, project management, or technical supervision (environmental experience desirable). * Intermediate level of Word and Excel (for reports and traceability). * Experience in writing reports, logs, and technical documentation. **Desirable:** Knowledge of site safety. **Key Skills:** Analytical, structured, autonomous profile, good communication skills, and problem-solving ability. ### **Conditions** * Location: Antofagasta (on-site during the project duration). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 hrs. * Contract: Fixed-term for the project duration (approx. 6 months). * Net salary: $2\.000\.000 – $2\.300\.000 (to be evaluated based on experience).
