R\&Q Ingeniería, an Engineering and Projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Strategic Contracts and Procurement Engineer** to join an important bidding process in the Mining sector in the Antofagasta Region **Estimated duration of the contract to be bid: 36 months** **For this, the following candidate is required:** Civil, Industrial, or Commercial Engineer or related field. Analytical thinking. Negotiation skills and effective communication. Customer-oriented mindset for internal clients. General Experience: At least 5 years managing procurement processes for mining-sector services or strategic supplies. **Function:** Support in the design and structuring of contracting strategies. Conduct market analysis and technical-commercial benchmarking. Participate in preparing requests for information (RFI) to gather technical data and supplier capabilities. Assist in drafting annexes, modifications, and administrative closure of contracts. Flexibility to respond to emerging needs. Support in economic evaluation and offer homologation. Ensure full documentation traceability throughout the process, in accordance with the organization's purchasing and contracting policies.
