Main Responsibilities: ? Develop planning, Gantt charts, schedules, and all necessary tasks to ensure a plan aligned with the development of assigned projects. ? Review the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and technical-economic scope of the project. ? Review and/or define KPIs for assigned projects to track progress, profitability, among others. ? Develop processes for formulation, control, and monitoring of the budget assigned to the project. ? Monitor and track the stages of the assigned project, periodically presenting progress reports, deviations, and/or overall status (physical and economic) to evaluate impact and potential changes or design modifications, scope adjustments, or clarifications (to the project or any of its stages). ? Generate management reports that document compliance or deviations, execution forecasts, identification of causes, and action plans. Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel is required, along with application of PMBOK methodologies. Additionally, technical knowledge in civil works, industry regulations, and multidisciplinary coordination is expected; experience in railway projects is a plus but not mandatory.
