We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor for our key client, Antucoya, located in the city of Antofagasta, whose main purpose will be to ensure the quality and continuity of operational processes, supervising services and guaranteeing efficient use of assigned resources. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the proper execution of operation and maintenance tasks at the treatment plant, ensuring compliance with company and client standards. Mandatory requirements for the position: ? Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a higher technical degree in Mining, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. ? Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the mining industry. ? At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor. ? Valid class B driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of seniority. ? Availability to work on a 7x7 day shift schedule (with camp accommodation). ? Residence in Antofagasta or nearby areas.
