Responsibilities: * Perform opening and closing procedures of the store. * Manage staff in general, assigning tasks and supervising their performance. * Maintain order within the store and ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards. * Attend to customers and guarantee quality service. * Follow established company procedures and policies. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar supervisory roles. * Technical degree preferably (not mandatory). * Intermediate level of Excel. * Leadership and teamwork skills. * Customer service orientation.
