Responsibilities: * Assign and manage ticket numbers corresponding to requests submitted through the ticket management platform * Provide timely and efficient response to user requests, inquiries, and incidents * Supervise and monitor the performance of the iDempiere ERP application server and databases in production environments * Propose, develop, and manage system improvements in iDempiere arising from emergencies, user requests, and change controls related to data quality * Prepare technical designs and solutions (RFP) associated with projects or improvement initiatives * Manage external support contracts for assigned ERP systems, including coordination and escalation of incidents * Collaborate in internal and external audit responses by providing required information and documentation * Coordinate with external support teams the implementation of improvements and updates in production environments * Keep the internal change log updated, recording all implemented system modifications 8\. Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles * Degree in fields such as Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or related disciplines * Valid Class B driver's license * Residency in Antofagasta * Experience in community engagement
