Job Description We are seeking an **Inventory and Dispatch Supervisor**, responsible for coordinating inventory control, supervising warehouse storage processes, and ensuring accurate product distribution. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, warehouse management, and dispatch coordination. Main Responsibilities * **Inventory management**: Monitor product inflows and outflows, ensuring record accuracy. * **Warehouse supervision**: Coordinate material storage and organization. * **Product dispatch**: Plan and execute timely and accurate deliveries. * **Process optimization**: Implement improvements in logistics management. * **Documentation**: Maintain clear and up-to-date inventory and dispatch records. * **Supplier coordination**: Ensure effective communication with suppliers and customers. * **Reporting**: Prepare periodic reports on stock levels and distribution. Requirements * Degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in inventory and dispatch management. * Knowledge of ERP systems and stock control tools. * Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Experience in logistics service companies is a plus.
