What you will do Carry out tasks within your specialty, reporting, correcting, and implementing improvements based on demonstrable technical grounds. Perform activities according to established current Work Procedures. Inspect equipment daily and immediately report any potential failures supported by demonstrable technical evidence. Immediately report process failures or potential failures. Propose best practices to keep work procedures updated and support continuous improvement efforts. Operate overhead crane equipment according to client-defined standards. Comply with procedures related to accreditation, certification, and maintenance of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards in tasks involved. Required professional profile **Education:** Higher-Level Technical Degree in Industrial Mechanics. If this qualification is not held, four years of proven experience in the role are required. Minimum of 4 years in similar positions. **Training (Desirable knowledge\*, non-excluding):** Maintenance of process and comminution equipment. Valid Overhead Crane Operator Certification. Technical knowledge of lifting elements such as slings, chains, shackles, hooks, eyebolts, etc. Knowledge of lifting plans. Understanding of crushing, grinding, and classification equipment functionality. Metrology.
