Manage administrative aspects of the construction project At DFV Ingeniería y Gestión, we are seeking a **Technical Construction Inspector** for technical inspection services on a construction project for a company engaged in the sale of heavy vehicles, cargo transportation, and passenger transport, located in the city of **Calama, Antofagasta Region.** **Position Objective:** Supervise the execution of the project's civil construction works, ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, cost, and applicable regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Obtain necessary permits and support site handover to commence construction. * Ensure the quality of executed works by verifying compliance with technical specifications. * Monitor project progress against the established schedule and budget. * Manage administrative aspects related to the construction project, including documentation and coordination. * Supervise project closeout and proper final delivery to the client. **Requirements:** * Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Construction, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction inspection or supervision. * Experience in quality, schedule, and cost control in construction projects. * Knowledge of document management and construction administration. * Willingness to work on-site in Calama.
