




R\&Q Ingeniería, an Engineering and Projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Procurement Engineer** to join an important bidding process in the Mining sector in the Antofagasta Region **Estimated duration of the contract to be bid: 36 months** **For this, we require a:** Executive Engineer, Civil Engineer or related field. Analytical skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Orientation towards internal customers. General Experience: At least 2 years. Specific Service Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement or bidding. Knowledge of the complete procurement cycle: request, quotation, evaluation, award, and follow-up. Intermediate Excel proficiency and collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint). Experience with ERP systems (Ellipse desirable), document control. **Responsibilities**: Provide technical, commercial and administrative support to the acquisition process, ensuring that goods and services purchases are carried out timely, efficiently and in accordance with the technical, regulatory and budgetary requirements established by the organization. Manage quotation processes with approved suppliers. Conduct technical-commercial analysis of received offers (comparative table). Prepare purchase orders in ERP systems (Ellipse). Track internal approvals according to defined workflows (authority manual). Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, supply policies and current legal regulations. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery terms, supporting documentation and adherence to agreed timelines. Support resolution of technical or logistical deviations in coordination Team integration will be subject to the conditions of the corresponding bidding process. **Desired Profile** ------------------ Executive Engineer, Civil Engineer or related field.
