We are looking for an Integrated Supervisor with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles within Retail stores (mandatory) to comprehensively supervise and lead sales and operations teams in the Zone. You will report directly to the Own Stores Management. Your Main Mission Your objective will be to ensure the achievement of commercial, operational, and customer service goals through on-site support, efficient human team management, and effective communication with internal departments and points of sale. Key Responsibilities of the Role As an Integrated Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: * On-Site Supervision: Weekly supervision of promoters, merchandisers at points of sale, and own stores, ensuring order, hygiene, and safety. * Leadership of Teams and Goals: Communicate and motivate the team regarding sales targets, conduct monthly goal reviews and feedback, and ensure proper use and attendance tracking. * Operational and Administrative Management: Generate reports for salary payments and contract renewals, authorize vacations and product changes. You will also review petty cash and change funds monthly and confirm cash deposits in the store. * Training and Openings: Train and reinforce store managers on systems, participate in inventory counts, and open/set up new stores. * Communication: Maintain fluid communication with floor managers in Retail stores and your supervisor regarding personnel issues or performance. Essential Requirements To succeed in this role, you must have: * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar positions in Retail stores (Mandatory). * Knowledge: Understanding of Retail KPIs (Mandatory) and intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Office (Mandatory). * Skills: Experience in sales and team leadership (Required), strong communication skills and goal orientation (Required). * Familiarity with sales management platforms is desirable.
