Requirements: \- Electrical, Electronic or Civil Electrical Engineer, or related field. \- 5 years of experience supervising electrical construction projects and coordinating technical teams. \- Ideally, experience in commissioning wind farms. \- Experience in electrical substations, transmission lines, SCADA, GIS, control systems and protections. \- Desirable experience in SAT testing and technical acceptance of installations. \- Availability to relocate to Antofagasta. Main Responsibilities: \- Supervise the technical and administrative performance of ITOs assigned to each specialty. \- Coordinate planning of inspections, tests and technical validations in the field. \- Review and consolidate technical progress reports, non-conformities and work acceptance reports. \- Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, safety standards and internal requirements. \- Participate in coordination meetings with contractors, suppliers and engineering teams.
