We seek an individual with leadership ability, decision-making capability, and experience in industrial or mining environments. Key Responsibilities * Supervise operational activities and personnel during the shift. * Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials to ensure operational continuity. * Monitor compliance with safety and quality procedures. * Monitor productivity, operating times, and achievement of objectives. * Timely resolve operational problems and incidents. * Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and other departments to prevent disruptions. * Prepare shift reports and communicate relevant updates to management. Requirements * Technical or professional education in Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising industrial, mining, or similar operations. * Experience leading work teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management tools. * Ability to make decisions under pressure. * Focus on safety, productivity, and objective achievement.
