Opportunity to work for an international mining-sector company Liebherr, an international provider of high-technology equipment for mining and construction, is seeking a Warehouse Operator\-Storekeeper on a fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment, for its warehouse in Antofagasta. The primary objective will be to execute and oversee the entire process of receiving and dispatching parts, components, and supplies, ensuring appropriate and system-updated stock levels. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Work safely * Perform daily stock control * Issue PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) * Maintain documentation files * Conduct physical cycle counts * Record stock adjustments in Baan system * Monitor optimal stock levels for supplies and PPE * Keep the workplace organized * Package components and preserve their quality * Manage tools inventory * Issue spare parts and components * Load and unload transport trucks using a forklift * Control GD (Goods Dispatch) * Handle transportation tickets * Follow the work plan * Use Baan software * Support general inventory counting **Requirements** -------------- * Professional Qualification: Intermediate Technician in Logistics or related field; alternatively, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience * Valid Class D driver’s license * Technical knowledge in warehouse administration Have we sparked your interest?
