A leading company is seeking a Refining and Molding Operator to join its foundry operations team, performing key functions in anode production under high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and environmental protection. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate and supervise the molding wheel process to ensure proper anode production. * Prepare, maintain, and repair molds, ladles, launders, and associated molding process systems. * Inspect anodes and equipment to ensure operational continuity and product quality. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safe working conditions in the work area. * Report equipment status and promptly address unsafe conditions. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Technical qualification in Extractive Metallurgy or Industrial Chemistry preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial processes or foundries. * Basic knowledge of industrial safety. * Availability to work on a 4x4 shift schedule.
