Job Objective: Operate conventional lathes, milling machines, planers, and radial or pedestal drilling machines to perform manufacturing or refurbishment of centrifugal pump components. Conditions 1. Responsibilities: - Provide assistance in assembly and disassembly of centrifugal pumps (horizontal, vertical, and multistage) - Cleaning, washing, sandblasting, and painting of components Specific Responsibilities: * Comply with and uphold the ITT Code of Ethics, ensuring its dissemination and adherence. * Ensure compliance with all ITT policies, procedures, standards, and principles. * Manufacturing and repair of pump parts and components (on lathes, drilling machines, planers, milling machines). * Operation of conventional lathes, milling machines, planers, and radial or pedestal drilling machines. * Conduct photographic documentation of all refurbishment and manufacturing processes within the area. * Complete all records associated with work execution control. * Operation of overhead cranes. * Perform maintenance activities. * Perform metrology control. * Maintain a clean and orderly workplace. * Safeguard company infrastructure, machinery, and equipment. 7. Requirements: * Technical education in machine tools or industrial mechanics * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial mechanics * Ability to read manufacturing drawings * Proficiency in operating all types of conventional machinery * Knowledge of metrology
