**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Conventional Machine Operator with solid experience in machining and conventional machine tool operation. The individual will be responsible for manufacturing and modifying precision mechanical parts using conventional equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Operate conventional machine tools (lathe, milling machine, planer, shaper). * Prepare, mount, and adjust parts and machines according to technical specifications. * Use precision measuring instruments (micrometer, caliper, dial indicator, among others). * Interpret drawings in millimeters and inches, including geometric tolerances. * Support basic maintenance activities and repairs. * Comply with operational procedures, quality standards, and HSE safety regulations. * Work collaboratively and maintain effective communication with other departments. * Perform other assigned tasks. **Requirements:** * Mechanical Technician qualification (mandatory). * More than 3 years of experience operating conventional machine tools. * Knowledge of lathe, milling machine, planer, and shaper operations. * Knowledge of CNC (desirable/plus). * Ability to interpret drawings in inches. * Effective communication skills, organizational ability, and strong safety focus. * Availability to work overtime when required. **Preferred Experience / Skills:** * Experience operating a surface grinder (desirable). * Personal vehicle (desirable).
