Incident reporting and issue management The company is seeking a Traffic and CCTV Control Room Operator to work in Antofagasta. **Vacation coverage from 10\-03\-2026 to 16\-03\-2026\.** Job Objective: Monitor the closed-circuit CCTV control center to report emergencies and/or risks occurring at the toll plaza or its infrastructure, maintaining coordination with security personnel and emergency teams, road safety units, route users, and others, ensuring proper execution and smooth operation of assigned duties**.** Conditions: 1\.Monthly gross salary: $850\.000. 2\.Work schedule: 7x7\. 3\.Work location: Antofagasta. 4\.Responsibilities: * Responsible for monitoring the closed-circuit CCTV control center. * Report incidents occurring during the shift. * Maintain coordination with emergency teams and report any issues and/or emergencies that arise. * Maintain continuous contact with security personnel. * Identify risk factors at locations and/or surrounding areas where closed-circuit CCTV cameras are installed. * Perform other duties assigned by management. * Other tasks inherent to the position. 5\.Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in closed-circuit CCTV systems (CCTV training course preferred). * Completion of the appropriate pre-employment or occupational medical examination according to site conditions. * Proficiency in CCTV monitoring software. * Proficiency in information technology, digital tools, and telematics (modern technologies for information processing, communication, collaboration, and task management are desirable). 6\.Contract under the Temporary Services Regime.
