Growth opportunities Job Description Wathiq Transport Solutions is seeking a **Fleet Operations Coordinator** to coordinate the daily operations of its transportation fleet. The individual will be responsible for supporting vehicle and driver scheduling, overseeing maintenance, coordinating services, and maintaining efficient and safe operations. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily vehicle and driver assignments. * Maintain up-to-date fleet records and documentation. * Schedule vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs. * Monitor fleet availability, utilization, and condition. * Coordinate with drivers, workshops, suppliers, and operational teams. * Track routes, dispatches, and deliveries. * Record and manage operational incidents or contingencies. * Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance, and other costs. * Prepare operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Support initiatives to improve efficiency, safety, and vehicle availability. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable requirements. * Coordinate procurement and replenishment of operational supplies. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Logistics, Transportation, Administration, Operations, or related field. * Experience in fleet, transportation, or logistics operations. * Experience coordinating drivers, vehicles, and suppliers. * Proficiency in Excel and management tools. * Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and control. * Familiarity with fleet management systems or GPS is desirable. * Ability to handle multiple priorities and solve problems. * Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. * Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Knowledge of Chilean transportation regulations is desirable.
