At Echeverría Izquierdo, we are seeking a Maintenance Workshop Manager to work at a mining site. Job Requirements: * Licensed Civil Engineer in Mechanical, Industrial Mechanical, Automotive, Heavy Machinery, or a related field. * Minimum verifiable experience of 10 years in equipment maintenance at mining sites. * At least 5 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles overseeing heavy equipment maintenance workshops. * Valid Class B driver's license (mandatory requirement). * Experience in large-scale earthmoving, construction and operation of tailings dams, material handling in stockpiles, among others. Main Responsibilities: * Manage the maintenance workshop comprehensively, ensuring proper execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans for the assigned fleet. * Plan, coordinate, and control human resources, materials, spare parts, and tools within the workshop. * Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and safety. * Schedule maintenance tasks, coordinate shutdowns, analyze failures, and monitor repair times. * Maintain continuous coordination with the operations department to ensure operational continuity. * Lead and supervise technical workshop personnel, ensuring competence development, training, and compliance with technical and safety procedures. * Manage and monitor maintenance KPIs (mechanical availability, reliability, plan adherence, and response times). * Address operational contingencies and coordinate work shifts according to service scheduling.
