Job Summary:
We are seeking a Services Coordinator to oversee the efficient delivery of support services, administration of HR procedures, and document management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team and ensure efficient delivery of support services.
2. Ensure proper implementation of internal HR procedures.
3. Supervise proper management of area files and documentation.
AVOS Tech, a company with over 30 years of experience in the Latin American market for operational and technological services, is looking for a Technician or Engineer with a university degree in Business Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, to fill the position of **Services Coordinator**.
**Requirements**
* Minimum **2 years of experience in Human Resources**, with focus on customer service and benefits management.
**Mandatory Technical Knowledge**:
* Experience leading or supervising work teams.
* Intermediate English (spoken and written).
**Desirable Requirements**
* Basic HR processes.
* Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, email).
* Management and planning: HR metrics, internal control, and change management.
* Experience in leadership and team supervision.
* Integrity and confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
**Responsibilities:**
**1\. Support and Customer Service Management**
* Supervise and lead the team in delivering efficient, internally customer-oriented support services.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving inquiries and complex cases related to benefits, procedures, and HR topics.
**2\. Administration and Coordination**
* Ensure proper implementation of internal HR procedures (e.g., onboarding, contractual management, etc.).
* Plan, assign, and supervise team tasks, ensuring operational continuity.
* Monitor adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and internal procedures.
**3\. Document Management and Compliance**
* Supervise proper management of area files and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee information records.
* Be responsible for reports generated by the team, ensuring clear and accurate information for client decision-making.
**4\. Interdepartmental Collaboration**
* Coordinate and collaborate with the client’s HR teams and the WTW team.
* Participate in continuous improvement and employee experience projects and committees.
* Channel requests and ensure their fulfillment to high service standards.
**5\. Development and Training**
* Identify training needs and develop improvement plans for the team.
* Promote a positive, collaborative, and professionally development-oriented work environment.
* Train the team on processes, regulations, and platform usage.
* Encourage best practices and a compliance culture in document management.
**Details:**
* Contract Type: Fixed-term contract — 1 month + 1 month + indefinite (subject to performance)
* Work Mode: On-site (must travel once per month to Minera Spence)
* Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:00; Friday 9:00–16:00
