




### **JOIN** **ELECTRANS** **IN ANTOFAGASTA!** We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** for the **Risk Prevention** area who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a team committed to the safety and well-being of our employees. ### **WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US?** As an **Administrative Assistant in Risk Prevention**, you will play a key role in the document and administrative management of the area, ensuring that all processes and records are up to date and compliant with internal policies and legal regulations. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Document management**: Create, organize, and maintain updated documentation for the risk prevention department (protocols, safety sheets, incident reports, etc.). * **Protocol management support**: Ensure that all documentation related to safety, occupational health, and environmental protocols is complete and accessible to the relevant teams. * **Accident statistics reporting control**: Prepare and manage documentation on accident statistics (Frequency and Severity Index), ensuring it is available for analysis. * **Record maintenance**: Track and properly archive employee suggestions, reports, and action plans, as well as coordinate their implementation. * **Administrative support**: Provide general administrative support in organizing activities, training sessions, and prevention committee meetings. * **Induction coordination**: Assist in scheduling and documenting safety and environmental inductions for new employees. * **Collaboration with safety team**: Support the coordination of inspections and audits, ensuring all documents and reports are complete and well-organized. * **Interaction with external agencies**: Maintain updated documentation required for interaction with external organizations such as the company's affiliated mutual insurance provider. ### **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Technical secondary or higher education in administration or experience in document management or related fields. * Previous experience in document management, **preferably** in safety or risk prevention areas. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Basic knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations (desirable but not mandatory). * Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, Word, Email). * Teamwork skills and effective communication with other departments. ### **WHY WORK WITH US?** * **Job stability**: Work at an established and growing company. * **Professional development**: Training opportunities and career growth within the company. * **Dynamic environment**: Be part of a professional and proactive team that values safety and well-being. ### **CONSIDERATIONS:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. * Lunch provided at the company's own cafeteria. * Location: Northern sector of Antofagasta, near Exponort. * Complementary insurance. ### **INTERESTED?** Send your **updated CV and answer the screening questions** to become part of an organization that empowers talent, technology, and continuous improvement.
