Your main challenge will be to coordinate, execute, and control administrative processes associated with production operations, ensuring efficient and timely management of inputs, services, and personnel documentation; maintaining a reliable and timely information flow among departments involved in procurement and payment processes, in order to validate services rendered, optimize cost control, and ensure operational continuity, compliance with internal procedures, current legal regulations, and company standards. **Main Responsibilities** Manage, review, and keep administrative documentation for the area up to date, including attendance records, expense reports, bi-monthly reports, and administrative process documentation. Coordinate purchase order requests and service deliveries, supporting supplier administrative closures and controlling the area’s operational costs, to ensure timely payments, efficient use of resources, and operational continuity. Generate, enter, and manage dispatch guides; request materials, chemicals, operational supplies, office supplies, cleaning supplies, and provisions through SAP, ensuring their timely delivery. Coordinate staff transportation, manage area van usage, and arrange vessel departures as required. Administer waste disposal closures and prepare operational reports related to oxygen and sludge removal. Manage PPE and work clothing requests via SAP and their delivery; conduct brief safety talks; and support internal center activities. Support document management for contractor companies and participate in community engagement activities.
