POSITION FUNCTIONS: ? Manage and strengthen internal information flow among different institutional sectors. ? Support assigned units in developing and disseminating communication content for events, activities, and institutional campaigns. ? Coordinate and execute communication coverage of institutional events and activities, including audiovisual documentation where applicable and its dissemination to the educational community. ? Maintain ongoing contact and hold periodic meetings with assigned units, providing communication advisory services, identifying needs, raising alerts, and proposing initiatives aligned with institutional requirements. ? Collect, draft, and disseminate institutional content and announcements, acting as a liaison between assigned units and the General Directorate of Communications, as well as performing other tasks assigned by management related to this position. REQUIREMENTS: Required Academic Qualifications: Journalist. Required Postgraduate Course or Study: A diploma in internal communications or specialization in technical fields such as photography or audiovisual production is desirable. Required Knowledge for the Position: Intermediate level: MS Office, use of mobile devices and their various tools; Basic level: Video and photo editing software, basic graphic design concepts. Required Work Experience: At least one year of experience in similar positions within higher education institutions is desirable. Working Conditions: Office-based work with frequent movement within the university premises and external coverage (travel throughout Chile).
