POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Manage and strengthen the internal information flow among different institutional sectors. ? Support assigned departments in the creation and distribution of communication content for events, activities, and institutional campaigns. ? Coordinate and carry out media coverage of institutional events and activities, including audiovisual recording when applicable and its dissemination to the educational community. ? Maintain ongoing contact and hold periodic meetings with assigned departments, providing communication advice, identifying needs, raising alerts, and proposing initiatives aligned with institutional requirements. ? Collect, write, and distribute institutional content and announcements, acting as a liaison between assigned departments and the General Directorate of Communications, as well as performing other tasks assigned by supervisors related to the position. REQUIREMENTS: Academic qualifications required: Journalist. Postgraduate course or study required: Desirable diploma in internal communications or specialization in technical fields of photography or audiovisual production. Knowledge required for the position: Intermediate level: Ms Office, use of mobile devices and their various tools. Basic level: Video and photo editing software, basic graphic design concepts. Work Experience Required: At least 1 year of experience in similar roles within higher education institutions is desirable. Working Conditions: Office work with frequent movement within the university facilities and external coverage (travel throughout Chile).
