We build robust industrial solutions that are both technically rigorous and intuitively designed. We believe engineering for heavy industry need not be rigid and uninspired. We seek an Engineering Design Specialist (m/f/d) who can master our technical design language. You will not merely draw parts—you will define the engineering methodology. You will lead technical design initiatives, bridging complex industrial requirements with elegant and efficient execution. Ensure consistency across all our technical deliverables and project touchpoints. * **End-to-End Design:** Lead the engineering process from initial discovery and conceptual layout through high-fidelity 3D modeling to delivery to developer/manufacturer. * **Technical Leadership:** Mentor junior team members and review technical outputs to elevate the team’s engineering quality. * **Operational and User Research:** Do not rely on assumptions alone. Validate your structural and mechanical assumptions with field data, prototypes, and rigorous testing before manufacturing begins. * **Stakeholder Management:** Present your technical rationale to clients and internal management. You can explain why a design choice is structurally sound—not just that it meets minimum requirements. **What We’re Looking For:** * **Experience:** More than 6 years in engineering design or mechanical design, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or project management role. * **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio of past engineering projects or design case studies is non-negotiable. We want to see the problem, the process, and the final solution. * **Tools:** You are an advanced user of CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software). * **Language Skills:** Spanish (C1/native) is required for client workshops and local regulations. English (B2/C1\) is a strong advantage for our international technical documentation. * **Mindset:** You are pragmatic.
