Objective As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will not only execute tests; you will be the architect of our automation strategy. Your mission will be to embed QA at the heart of the development lifecycle (CI/CD), mentor the team, and ensure our microservices, APIs, and UI solutions meet the highest standards of stability. What will you do with us? Strategic Leadership Design and implement automation frameworks from scratch. Shift-Left Culture: Promote early error detection and actively participate in implementing continuous QA pipelines. Technical Excellence: Automate functional, regression, and smoke tests, ensuring robust test suite maintenance. DevOps & QA: Manage test environments using Docker and Kubernetes, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. Mentoring: Conduct code reviews (Pull Requests) and coach the team on automation best practices. Mandatory Requirements Experience: Minimum 3 verifiable years in QA Automation roles. Education: Degree holder or advanced student in Systems Engineering or related fields. Certification: ISTQB Foundation or Agile Tester certification is mandatory.
