In this role, you will lead backend architecture decisions, optimize data pipelines, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, secure software solutions. Key Responsibilities * Backend Engineering: Design, write, and maintain clean, testable, and efficient Python code using modern frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask). * API Development: Build, integrate, and document robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications. * Database Management: Design schema and optimize query performance for relational (PostgreSQL) and non\-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases. * Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices in continuous integration and automated testing. Requirements \& Qualifications * Experience: 5\+ years of professional backend software development experience using Python. * Frameworks: Expertise in FastAPI, Django, or Flask. * Database \& Caching: Strong proficiency in SQL, ORM frameworks, PostgreSQL, and Redis. * Cloud \& DevOps: Hands\-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Best Practices: Strong knowledge of OOP, microservices architecture, async programming (asyncio), and TDD (PyTest). * Languages: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
