Main Responsibilities: * Supervise cleaning and driver personnel on-site. * Coordinate shift scheduling, replacements, and service coverage. * Maintain continuous communication with clients and supervisors. * Verify staff attendance, punctuality, and performance of duties. * Manage operational incidents and provide timely solutions. * Prepare and submit management reports and operational reports. * Conduct staffing assessments and evaluate personnel requirements. * Supervise proper use of machinery, equipment, and personal protective equipment. * Monitor the operational status of machinery and equipment used in services. * Review and approve staff advance requests in accordance with company policies. * Monitor performance indicators and service compliance. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, risk prevention measures, and internal procedures.
