Position Summary: TRAIN seeks an Operations Coordinator to execute and implement transportation programs, controlling equipment and personnel while ensuring operational continuity and regulatory compliance. Management of reports, materials, PPE, and administrative procedures. * Shift-based * Coordinator * Antofagasta Region * Antofagasta At **TRAIN**, we seek top talent — in this opportunity, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator whose mission will be: To execute and implement the transportation service programs through appropriate control of assigned equipment and personnel during their shift, ensuring operational continuity, overseeing compliance with OSH regulations, current labor legislation, and internal contractual regulations, and generating proper reporting via existing control systems under their supervision. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor operational staff attendance in coordination with supervision and payroll personnel. Manage administration of delivery guides and client cargo documentation. * Issue daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports on activities, as required by the unit. * Manage material and PPE procurement requests according to departmental guidelines. * Use the existing control system to enter information regarding the utilization of Drivers and Operational Equipment for adequate internal control (e.g., available drivers, drivers without assignments, equipment failures, incidents, leaves, vacations, casualty-related absences, equipment utilization, etc.). * Conduct control and follow-up of administrative procedures related to drivers’ HR matters — such as permits and leaves — maintaining constant contact with HR. * Administer operational shift diagrams according to departmental guidelines. * Report unsafe conditions via the OSH Platform, in accordance with OSH policies. * Manage validity and updating of drivers’ access passes to mining sites. * Conduct formal handover and receipt of tools, equipment, and supplies assigned to road transport personnel, per established procedures. * Ensure compliance with regulations, programs, and safety management tools used by both TRAIN and its clients — especially ART and HVCC. * Given the nature of the role and/or in case of emergencies or field visits requiring it, must drive and operate any vehicle or equipment permanently or temporarily assigned to carry out job duties. ***This job posting is governed by Law 21.015, which promotes the inclusion of Persons with Disabilities into the labor market.*** ***If you require any accommodations to participate in the recruitment and selection process, please let us know so we can facilitate your participation on equal terms (Law 20.422).*** **Desired Profile** ------------------ Education Level * Intermediate-level Technical Degree in Administration or related field.
