We are currently seeking **Electromechanics** for our United facilities located in La Negra, Antofagasta. **Conditions:** * Shift: 8x6 * Location: La Negra, Antofagasta * Contract Type: Fixed-term **Objective:** To execute technical-maintenance mechanical work—both preventive and corrective—on the fleet of machinery and specialized equipment, in accordance with established operational, preventive, and productivity standards within the maintenance planning process and operational requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Perform assigned tasks in compliance with Quality, Safety, Environment, and Operational Procedures standards, ensuring full adherence across administrative and preventive domains. * Carry out planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems according to established maintenance guidelines and work procedures. * Plan and execute mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs associated with UNITED fleet trucks and machinery, ensuring equipment system integrity and care. **Requirements:** * Technical degree (Higher Education level) in Heavy Machinery or Industrial Maintenance. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the position. * Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and engine systems. * Familiarity with equipment (medium-tonnage machinery and trucks). * Proficiency in using diagnostic tools. * Knowledge of Thermofusion equipment (McElroy). * Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics and drawings. * Class B and D driver’s license (desirable) If you are seeking an exciting challenge and possess the skills and experience we require, we invite you to apply.
