We invite you to join our team! ### **Job Objective** Guide, motivate and support your team to achieve organizational goals, managing field projects. ### **Key Functions and Responsibilities** * Verify correct use of **PPE** by the team. * Lead **field risk management** (identify hazards, assess risks, establish controls and record them). * Supervise strict compliance with controls and periodically validate the **Risk Matrix**. * Train personnel in risk identification and control; promote safe and efficient work methods. * Ensure team safety; correct unsafe behaviors and report adverse events. * Comply with the customized **HSE** program. * Prepare, review and approve service procedures, instructions and technical documentation. * Report deviations from the work plan and completion of assigned activities. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental procedures (Tecman and client). * Comply with and enforce legal provisions (Law 16.744 and related decrees) and Tecman regulations. * Keep the service **field folder** up to date. * Implement asset management (periodic inspections and maintenance history). * Evaluate performance of personnel under supervision. ### **Key Job Activities** * Lead the team, assign tasks, supervise execution and report results daily. * Enforce order and cleanliness in work areas and vehicles. * Address client ITO inquiries and coordinate responses with the Project Engineer. * Operate company vehicles (pickup trucks, cars, etc.) and maintain them in good condition and clean. ### **Profile Requirements (Mandatory)** **Education** * Higher Technical Degree or Engineering: **Electrical, Electronics, Automatic Control, Telecommunications or related fields**. * Graduates from **CFT / IP / Armed Forces or Industrial Secondary Education**, with a related specialty. **Experience** * **5 years** as Field Supervisor (**Engineers: 2 years**). **Technical Knowledge** * **SEC, NEC** standards and electrical installation practices. * Technical knowledge in **electricity, instrumentation and control**. * Concepts of **force, torque, pressure, specific weights and power**. * **Caldwell** welding techniques. * Knowledge of **NFPA** and **IEC**. * Basic knowledge of **cubication and surveying**. * **PLC** programming and automatic control. * Knowledge of materials/equipment/tools for electrical installation, automatic control, communications and mechanical work. * Knowledge of and ability to apply Tecman’s internal regulations on order, hygiene and safety. * Knowledge of the **Client’s Regulations**. Supervisor * Proficiency in Tecman’s **Integrated Management System**. **Mandatory Courses / Certifications** * Theoretical–practical **Defensive Driving** course. * **Transportation Regulations Test**. * **Fatigue and Drowsiness** course + **Applicability Certificate**.
