We invite you to join our team! ### **Position Objective** Ensure the project is executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with contractual requirements, acting as the link between project planning and its actual on-site execution. ### **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Verify correct use of PPE by the team. * Participate in hazard identification, risk assessment, and control definition, ensuring documentation is recorded in field documentation. * Ensure compliance with risk control measures according to regulations and Tecman/client standards at the worksite. * Deliver safety and procedure training, promoting adherence to HSE KPIs. * Lead behavioral corrections and immediate investigation/reporting of incidents or accidents. * Prepare, review, and approve service procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation. * Ensure application of quality and safety procedures, supervising on-site compliance with scope and standards. * Report progress, deviations, opportunities, corrective actions, and risks to supervisor. * Manage technical and financial approval of resource requests with Supervisor and Contract Administrator. * Manage equipment lifecycle (inspections to maintenance), ensuring traceability. * Manage performance evaluation process for personnel under supervision. * Monitor status of required service trainings and inductions. ### **Key Position Activities** * Represent the team technically in meetings with the client and respond to on-site queries (ITO). * Plan, allocate, and control resources to meet deadlines and minimize costs. * Lead and coordinate on-site operations, meeting time and quality standards. * Collaborate in technical definition of projects and compliance with Tecman/Client standards. * Comply with and enforce Law 16.744 and internal service regulations. * Support information gathering for audits. * Manage team logistics for the next shift and support internal/external RFI management. * Guide and supervise design and engineering activities according to client requirements and standards. * Support client requirements during proposal studies and future work. * Operate company vehicle and keep it clean and operational. ### **Profile Requirements (Mandatory)** **Education** * Professional degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automatic Control, Telecommunications, or related discipline). **Required Experience** * 2 years in project management within construction, engineering, or telecommunications, ideally with direct interaction with clients and subcontractors. **Training / Knowledge** * Additional training in project management, quality management, occupational health and safety. * Knowledge of resource management and ISO quality and environmental standards. * Proficiency in Tecman’s IMS and the Client’s IMS; basic operational/functional and regulatory knowledge of the Client. **Mandatory Courses / Certifications** * Defensive driving (theoretical–practical). * Transportation regulations test.
