Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to ensure the proper execution of the maintenance plan and the availability of equipment and facilities in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with supervisors and operations to execute fieldwork. 2. Support the optimization of human and material resources. 3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure the maintenance plan. We are looking for a **Maintenance Scheduler** role for a leading industrial-sector company located in the **Antofagasta Region**, focused on ensuring the proper execution of the maintenance plan and the availability of equipment and facilities. **About the Challenge** ---------------------- * Develop the **daily and weekly scheduling** for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Coordinate with **supervisors and operations** to execute fieldwork. * Generate **work orders**, ensuring they include necessary resources, materials, and permits. * Adjust the **maintenance schedule** in response to contingencies, emergencies, or operational changes. * Maintain the **Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)** up to date. * Monitor **schedule compliance**, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. * Support the **optimization of human and material resources**, contributing to operational continuity. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure the **proper execution of the maintenance plan**. **What Would We Love to See in You?** ------------------------------ * A degree as a **Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineer or Technician, or related field**. * **At least 3 years of professional experience**, ideally **1–2 years in maintenance scheduling or execution**. * Prior experience with **maintenance management software (CMMS or ERP)** is highly important to us. * Basic knowledge in **mechanics, electricity, or comprehensive maintenance** is relevant. * Familiarity with **industrial workplace safety standards** is valued. * A valid **Class B driver’s license**. * Strong **organizational, coordination, and operational team collaboration skills** are essential. **What Are We Offering You?** ----------------------- We guarantee a **confidential selection process**; if you are currently employed, you may apply safely with us.
