The primary focus will be ensuring the availability of technological resources and protecting information through hardware/software diagnostics, network configuration, and initial incident response. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Configuration, administration, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks. * Knowledge of structured cabling, routers, switches, and firewalls. * Installation, configuration, and support of operating systems and corporate software. * Monitoring and diagnosis of failures in telecommunications and connectivity systems. * Basic knowledge of databases and servers. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. * Capability to resolve technical incidents. * Proactive attitude and willingness for continuous learning. **Intern Profile:** Student pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Telecommunications or Computer Science with a versatile profile. Focus: Ensuring the availability of technological resources and protecting information. Competencies: Hardware/software diagnostics, network configuration, and initial incident response. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. IT Support (Operational Continuity)** Help Desk: Resolving technical incidents for administrative users and field personnel. Hardware Maintenance: Basic configuration and repair of laptops, label printers, and onboard computers. Equipment Preparation: Installing corporate software and transportation management tools (ERP/TMS). **2\. Telecommunications and Connectivity** Local Networks: Configuring Wi-Fi networks at terminals and maintaining structured cabling. VPN Links: Ensuring stable remote branch access to central servers. **3\. Cybersecurity** Endpoint Protection: Installing and updating antivirus/EDR on all company devices.
