Facility: La Negra The ideal candidate must have excellent service and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and supervisory abilities, and the capacity to work in a team environment. Food service experience is required, * Supervision of casino staff, maintaining up-to-date records, conducting HSEQ talks, planning requisitions * The main responsibility of the position is to ensure the delivery of high-quality food service in a safe and efficient environment. * This involves supervising food service personnel, food preparation and presentation, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. * The candidate must be able to frequently lift and carry hot food, work within the kitchen area, interact with hot equipment, steam, loud noises, chemicals, and other hazardous conditions. * The candidate must also be capable of following detailed instructions, both written and verbal.
