A leading company in services, manufacturing, and repair of **mechanical components and power transmission systems for mining** is seeking a **Field Sales Engineer** with strong technical-commercial experience and in-depth knowledge of **transmissions, gearboxes, and rotating equipment**. We are looking for a strategic profile with a strong results orientation, technical vision, and the ability to open complex opportunities in mining operations in the northern region. ### **What will you do in this role?** * Achieve and exceed established sales targets by managing key sales indicators. * Use tools such as **SFDC and SAP** for sales tracking, forecasting, and KPIs. * Prepare strategic reports: **Forecast Review, performance reports, and management indicators**. * Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting visit status, opportunities, quotations, and closures. * Develop business in repair services, overhaul, replacements, and sales of new mechanical equipment. * Identify new accounts and expand opportunities within existing customers. * Act as a technical-commercial liaison between clients and engineering/service departments. * Coordinate with proposal engineering and technical teams to ensure timely responses to requirements. * Conduct market intelligence focused on **maintenance planning, recurring failures, and power transmission needs**. ### **✅ Profile Requirements** * **Residence in Antofagasta (mandatory).** * **Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical service sales for mining.** * **Demonstrable experience in power transmission and gearboxes** (diagnostics, failures, overhaul, replacements). * **Active client portfolio and key contacts at Collahuasi (mandatory).** * Solid education or knowledge in mechanics, industrial machinery, or rotating equipment. * Valid class B driver's license. ### **Position Conditions** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, hybrid mode (office and field). * Fixed-term contract with possibility of extension based on performance. * Corporate benefits and career growth opportunities within the company.
