What you will do Verify and evaluate operational conditions of various plants and corresponding chemical process parameters. Lead performance discussions within the process area. Conduct root cause analyses of deviations explaining performance and OEE shortfalls. Develop plans to normalize processes following deviations and actions arising from root cause analyses. Recommend corrective actions for process deviations during operational shifts. What you bring Required Metallurgical or Chemical Civil Engineer 1 to 3 years of experience. Advanced level in Office, knowledge of PI system, Power BI, NWA user level. Additionally, must have knowledge of: Six Sigma, Minitab, Ishikawa, 5Why, Sologic.
