The primary objective is to develop, implement, measure, and manage maintenance strategies to ensure effective and efficient strategies that optimize asset availability, reduce operational costs, and improve reliability and productivity of operations. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Development and Implementation of Strategies * Diagnosis and Evaluation * Implementation of Improvements * Continuous Improvement Management * Technology and Innovation * Communication and Reporting **Requirements** -------------- * Professional Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with additional training in maintenance management or reliability. * Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance roles involving mobile and semi-mobile equipment, including at least 3 years in maintenance consulting or management with SAP usage. * Prior knowledge in development, implementation, and management of maintenance strategies. * Knowledge in Data Analysis and Diagnosis (failure analysis, maintenance software, monitoring and diagnostic tools). * Knowledge in Maintenance Planning and Management (asset management, planning, scheduling, and inventory management). * Advanced SAP knowledge. * Advanced English proficiency.
