A major mining industry client requires the incorporation of the best Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Maintenance Engineers from the Antofagasta area or surrounding regions. * Job Mission: Provide specialized support in condition-based maintenance inspections through the use of predictive techniques (condition-based monitoring) to achieve operational and contractual objectives across all services. * General Knowledge: Operation and maintenance of equipment associated with various services. Manage the implementation of Condition-Based Maintenance plans and techniques to consolidate tools that enable optimization of maintenance costs and reduction of failures across different services. Experience and knowledge in other monitoring and inspection techniques such as Borescopy, Videoscopy, Acoustic Ultrasonic, Dynamic and Static Analysis of electric motors, Used Oil Analysis, Tribology, Power Quality, Metrology, Combustion Gas Analysis, Combustion Pressure, etc. Experience and knowledge in one- and two-plane on-site balancing, laser alignment, and dial indicator alignment. Proficiency with technical software (for monitoring equipment to be used) and maintenance management systems (SAP desirable). Experience in fault diagnosis and analysis. Knowledge of Equipment Reliability (RCM, FMEA, life data analysis, RBI, and ACR). Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams and P\&ID drawings. Familiarity with relevant technical standards (ISO) and industrial safety standards (OHSAS). Knowledge and use of service manuals, operation manuals, and parts catalogs. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Technical report writing skills. * Required Experience (Mandatory): 7 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance activities (Mandatory) 5 years of experience in Predictive Maintenance (Condition-Based Maintenance) or Equipment Reliability within the gas, energy, or mining sectors (Mandatory)
