Job Description Coordinate and perform the operational activities of the food service team at the assigned Site to achieve daily menu production levels, contractual requirements, and Sodexo corporate guidelines—all while adhering to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities * Distribute and assign operational tasks related to the food service production process at the Site. * Supervise and verify the delivery of procedures, documents, and safety and quality briefings defined by Sodexo. * Supervise and verify the implementation of quality manuals in the food service operational process. Requirements * Education and training relevant to the position. * Culinary knowledge, quality procedures, and risk prevention. * Two years of experience in food service casinos at mining operations. * Residence between the Arica and Parinacota Region and the Coquimbo Region. * Medical fitness for working at high geographical altitude. * Availability to work rotating 10x10 shifts.
