Objectives and Summary: The tender aims at the modernization, implementation, and deployment of an integrated system to replace the current Personnel Administration System (SIAP) used by the company. 3. Technical Requirements: * **Infrastructure**: Mandatory on-premise installation with integration to institutional VMware vSphere. * **Database**: Exclusive use of Oracle Database 19c. * **Migration**: Migration of historical and current data from the SIAP system to the new ERP. * **Security**: Compliance with cybersecurity standards set by the CSIRT of the Chilean Army and protection of sensitive data using TLS/SSL and AES. * **SLA**: Maximum first response time of 4 business hours and resolution of critical incidents within a maximum of 1 business day. * An on-premise solution installed in the institutional data center with backup on VMware vSphere is required. Technical requirements include compatibility with Oracle Database 19c and application servers such as Oracle WebLogic, IIS, Apache, or Nginx. * Official Oracle certifications are required: Oracle Certified Professional, along with demonstrable experience in Oracle, Java, Python, C, and PHP. 4.
