Finning, CATERPILLAR’s strategic partner and leader in equipment distribution and services, is seeking top talent to fill the **Storekeeper** role. **Job Description Summary**: The Storekeeper must carry out activities in the mining contract’s warehouse or storehouse related to spare parts, receiving, preparing, and dispatching merchandise to customers, warehouse administration, and safety. As the primary responsibility, they must manage, safeguard, and maintain mechanical tools for mechanical and electrical workshops on site; maintain inventory records of tools issued to each field and workshop mechanic and electrician; and administer, safeguard, and procure minor consumables for rebar work and mechanical repairs. **Job Functions:** * Participate in tool, instrument, and spare parts inventory taking and physical counts. * Operate forklifts. * Supervise, issue, and administer tools and instruments. * Supervise, issue, and administer personal protective equipment (PPE). * Conduct inventories of tools, instruments, and PPE. * Collect domestic waste. * Handle shipment of APD samples. * Clean spare parts shelving. * Conduct inventories of mechanics’ toolboxes. **Requirements:** * Technical secondary education from a commercial or industrial high school. * Basic mechanical knowledge (familiarity with all types of machinery and tools). * User-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
