The main challenge will be to train, coach, and evaluate drivers who will form part of a new operation, developing the technical and behavioral competencies required for the safe and efficient operation of heavy vehicles under high-demand operational conditions. We seek professionals with proven experience in mining and heavy equipment operation, solid safety knowledge, and, especially, the ability to share their expertise and develop competencies in other drivers.
